Our manufacturing plant features 1000T, 700T, and 300T high-pressure die casting machines that produce raw aluminum housings with minimal porosity. Combined with our fully automated electrostatic powder-spraying line, we apply protective layers to the metal housings to prevent corrosion in humid or coastal environments.

We operate three manual assembly lines and two dedicated LED driver and chip aging lines. Each fixture undergoes rigorous testing at full power for several hours to eliminate early-stage component failures before shipment. Yes. By supplying optional ANSI C136.41 standard 7-pin NEMA receptacles or Zhaga Book 18 interfaces, our luminaires integrate with third-party Central Management Systems (CMS) via cellular or RF mesh networks.
